Refund policy

Returns

We have a 2-day return policy, which means you have 2 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at craftsndrapes@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: CRAFTS&DRAPES, B-15/31, VIJAY ANNEX, WAGHBIL, G.B.ROAD, THANE, MH 400615, INDIA.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Even though we take utmost care in packing your order, there are chances of it getting damaged in transit. We will happily replace any defective or broken merchandise. Please contact us within 5 days of receipt of the item to qualify for repair or exchange.  In order to qualify for an exchange, please include the date of purchase and an image/ video of the unboxing. We will cover the return shipping and shipping for the replacement.  

Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your order from us. However,since we are a small business, we are unable to offer refunds if you change your mind about an order for any reason. We are happy to offer refunds or exchanges for products returned unused & without damage. If you would like to exchange or receive refund for your item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt to be eligible for exchange or refund.  

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and shipping costs for the replacement.  

Any custom made items, used items or damaged items are not available for exchange. Packing materials must be used for return shipment to prevent damage in transit. 

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at craftsndrapes@gmail.com.
