Shipping policy
AFFECTS OF COVID-19 ON SHIPPING:
Please allow additional time to receive your packages. We are not responsible for packages arriving late. Contact the specific mail carrier associated with your order for tracking updates.
PROCESSING TIME:
We ship 6 days a week, Monday - Saturday, except for holidays. We take minimum 4 days to 10 days to process the orders for the products in the store. Processing time for the custom orders will depend on the scale of the project. Please allow processing time from when your order is placed to when it is shipped.
PACKAGING:
We make sure to ship every item in the most economical way possible. We use recycled boxes sealed with recycled paper tape and use biodegradable, recycled poly mailers for your smaller orders.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING INFORMATION:
We provide free domestic shipping across India on all products listed in the store. We use India Speed Post and Delhivery for our Domestic shipments. Please allow 5-7 days for your order to arrive.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING INFORMATION:
We are happy to offer shipping worldwide! Shipping costs are based on your location and the weight of your order. You will be responsible for any customs and/or duties associated with your order.
We offer two shipping services at the time of checkout:
Standard registered and Express -We use India Post International registered post for the standard postage opted which takes 10-20 days to arrive depending on the country it is shipped to. Also, this service does not offer complete end to end online tracking for the shipment.
We use FeDex/ DHL for the Express Shipping opted which takes 4-6 days to arrive depending on the country it is shipped to and allows online tracking for the shipment.
Duties and customs fees for international shipments are the responsibility of the Buyer.
LOCAL PICK UP:
We are thrilled to offer free local pick up from our Studio!
Pick up at our Studio located at B-15/31, Vijay Annex,
Waghbil, G.B.Road, Thane is available during limited hours. Appointments are
required to ensure that your order is ready for pick up.
CANCELLATIONS AND ADJUSTMENTS :
Have an issue with your order? We typically can make adjustments/take
cancellations to an order within the first 60 minutes of an order being placed.
If your request is sent within one hour of placing the order, we are happy to
accommodate you!
Having difficulty locating your package? Please
use the tracking number shared in your shipping confirmation email and contact
the mail carrier directly with any issues on your delivery status.
DELIVERY DELAYS/ TRACKING :
We have no control over mail carrier delays or delivery issues. We give
our best to process and ship your order as quickly as possible and cannot be
held responsible for any delay encountered during transit for any reason. Please
use your tracking number for shipping updates.
